You’re the closer. Negotiate directly with Kentucky homeowners to secure properties under contract. Requires solid understanding of ARV, repair estimation, and the ability to build trust fast.

First point of contact for inbound leads. You’ll qualify homeowners, assess motivation, and set appointments for our Acquisitions team. Phone skills and empathy are a must.

Manage relationships with our cash buyers — flippers, landlords, and funds. Your goal: assign contracts for maximum spread and speed. Relationship building is everything here.
