Once the tenants finally left, the first step was to clean up the mess. 2 dumpsters later, and we were ready for demo!

Here is a list of repairs/improvements we made to the home:

Kitchen: Gutted kitchen, opened up wall exposing living room, new plumbing, new cabinets, granite counters, new appliances, tile backsplash, new vinyl plank flooring

Bathrooms: Upstairs bath- gutted, new vanity, new tub, tiled surround, new fixtures, new window, new vinyl flooring. Downstairs bath- gutted, new vanity, added full custom tiled shower, vinyl flooring, fixtures

Whole house: New paint, refinished hardwood, new vinyl flooring in bedrooms and basement

Exterior: New roof, gutters, LOTS of landscaping, new garage door, poured concrete front walkway, new rear deck

The Result: When we sent Carol the “after” photos she cried.. We really do love what we do. We are so glad we could turn this once “nightmare” problem into something beautiful again.
