This home started out as a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath house, and finished as a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home.

Here is a list of repairs/improvements we made to the home:

Kitchen: New everything! White shaker cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and refinished hardwood floors.

Bathrooms: Downstairs bath was converted from a 1/2 bath to full bath by adding a custom tiled 3×3′ shower. New everything of course. Upstairs bath was upgraded with a double vanity, subway tile shower surround, new flooring, toilet etc. You know the drill

Whole Home: Original hardwood floors were salvaged and restored. New paint, shiplap, fixtures, wainscoting added to living room, new furnace, new AC, repaired termite-ridden floor joists.

Exterior: New roof, converted covered front porch to original open porch, new retaining wall, railing, and lots of landscaping.

The result: Lee and Marge were able to move on with the next step of their lives, and use the proceeds of the sale to make renovations to their own home. No more driving back and forth, no more worrying about an empty house that is hundreds of miles away.
