Meet The Team

Kyle Claxton

Kyle will be your point-person when you call to discuss your property and situation. He is an expert in solving problems, and understands all areas of real estate. He is well-versed in everything from the probate process, to knowing what type of screws you should use for exterior decking. Kyle graduated from Scott High School, then Northern Kentucky University. He is a huge Bengals fan and loves sports.

Erin Claxton

Erin is the one who makes sure everything gets from point A to point B. She handles all the paperwork, scheduling, coordination with the title company & attorneys, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. She is the reason everything runs smoothly and not single detail is missed. Erin graduated from Batavia High School, then the University of Cincinnati. She has her degree in Architecture with a Certificate in Historic Preservation.

Dude Claxton

Dude is the project manager and is largely responsible for team morale. He supervises renovations to make sure the quality is top notch. He loves people and likes to be referred to as “Good Boy”. When Dude isn’t working, he likes to dig holes, chew shoes, and sleep.
